Left lanes on both northbound and southbound I-35 are scheduled as crews pour concrete near Troy and switch traffic to a new configuration near Bruceville-Eddy.

From 11 PM Wednesday (April 12) to 6 AM Thursday (April 13), northbound lanes near Berger Road will close to accommodate construction crews pouring concrete.

TxDOT data indicates the day and time when Texans are most likely to be involved in a fatal wreck. We can't say we're surprised by the findings.

TxDot has announced a complete lane closure along southbound I-35 through Temple this Saturday night. TxDOT spokesperson Jodi Wheatley sent out a press release explaining the lane closures coming to Temple this weekend. They begin Saturday night at 8pm and will last until 11am on Sunday.

Northbound lanes of I35 from north of Temple through Troy are scheduled for nightly closures February 6 through 9 as construction crews set beams on a new bridge.

UPDATE: TxDOT says the crash site is clear and traffic is returning to normal.
