A fire at Temple's Advantage Picture Framing remained under investigation late Thursday morning.

According to Thomas Pechal with Temple Fire & Rescue, firefighters, police, and EMS were dispatched to the business at 118 South 25th Street at 3:29 AM. When they arrived, moderate smoke was issuing from the building.

The fire was under control by 4:09 AM. As fire crews were working the scene, police closed portions of South 25th Street from West Avenue A to West Avenue C and directed traffic away from the area. Traffic flow was returned to normal shortly before 7 AM.

As of the time of this article's publication, investigators had not determined a dollar loss in regard to the business' structure.
