Texas Brewery Makes Ramen Flavored Beer

Former starving college kids, rejoice: @cbpfortworth has made a beer with ramen noodles. Additions of lime zest, ginger, coriander, lemongrass and seaweed-cured sea salt give the gose a briny, limey kick, but the starchy noodles pack the real dorm room nostalgia. Just don’t let the RA catch you drinking it.

Fort Worth's Collective Brewing project has started bottling Cup O' Beer - a beer brewed with 55 pounds of ramen noodles, limes, lemongrass, ginger, and a seaweed-cured sea salt.

Finally, door rooms all over Texas will have a beverage that pairs nicely with all those noodles. The Houston Chonicle says we will be able to purchase Cup O' Beer at the brewery's tap room, and that we can expect light distribution of the beer around Texas. Collective Brewing released Cup O' Beer bottles that go for about $7 bucks each last month.
