Think of the weirdest, craziest family drama you've witnessed. Now imagine it being drawn out in the public eye.

When I was younger, and forced to read about history, I found it amazing that people once thought that the world was flat.  It seemed insane to me that anyone could be that stupid.

Then we read about the Salem Witch Trials. Really people? So, a Witch would spurn the  sacrament of baptism, so then water would reject them? So if they weren't a witch, they'd sink and drown. So if you're wrong about this person, you'd be killing them. That seems logical.

They say being gay is a choice, but who would choose to be part of a community that is looked at as sinners and deviants? Common sense people. Try to grab it. It's right there in front of you.

According to KENS5, a family has set up a Go Fund Me page to pay for legal fees in order to try and help a 17-year-old girl. Her parents sent her to a camp to pray the gay away. The young girls Aunt is trying to get her out of it by hiring an Austin based attorney that specializes in LGBT cases.

The "Save Sarah" movement is getting a lot of traction outside of Texas because her cousin, Jeremy Jordan, is an actor on "Supergirl", and he's publicizing the family's mission.

The question is, how will this family ever recover from these actions? Sarah is a minor. Her parents have the right to send her to this camp if they want. She can leave her home once she turns 18, but how damaged will their relationship be by then?

Anyway you look at it, this family will be broken. If you really believe in God, then trust in God.
