Texas House Bill 81 Scheduled for a Hearing

House Bill 81 would eliminate the arrest, jail time, and criminal record associated with low level possession of the wacky weed. Crazy times ahead.

Texans for Responsible Marijuana Policy announced the meeting last Wednesday. The Bill was authored by Chairman Joe Moody (D) and Rep. Jason Isaac (R) and will be considered by the Criminal Jurisprudence Committee Monday, March 13.
