Rather than "hurt feelings and some confusion", the staff at Periman High School near Odessa, Texas, decided to just accept all 38 students who tried out for their cheer leading team!

CBS 7 reports Periman High School Principle James Ramage said after the tryouts it was a group of parents that began pointing out mistakes in the selection process, questioning it's validity. Rather than start over, the school will include all students who tried out.

36 girls and 2 boys tried out in all. As a result of the mistake, Periman will have one of the largest cheer leading squads in Texas this year.
