The Worst PSA About Skipping School is the Best PSA Ever

PSA, or Public Service Announcement. It's what Radio and TV stations are required to play to keep the public informed. It's part of their deal with the Government to get a license to broadcast. Most are corny, silly at best. This one, about skipping school, could be the worst one ever. But for some reason, I think it's the best. If you have kids, and you want them to stay in school, then show them this.
