Watch Texan Eli Martinez Taming Tiger Sharks in the Bahamas [Video]

Talk about fearless! Texas resident Eli Martinez has been swimming with sharks for over 20 years now.

The 47-year-old says it's his favorite thing to do according to an interview with KCENTV. Eli has his own magazine, blog, and excursions that he uses to try and shed light on what he says are some rather misunderstood predators. Eli is trying to pass on his knowledge to his children by getting them involved in his work.

On freaking fire!!! This morning we went out looking for our bobcat. The goal was to capture a successful hunt and I am happy to report we freaking got it! This was a moment I have been waiting for. We have been sitting at this blind for four months waiting for a moment like that and we finally captured it. It's not a perfect photo (a little soft), but we will continue stalking the cat till the season ends in April. Martinez has never been attacked by any of the animals that he observes underwater or on land. He plans to spend more time with the hammerhead sharks this month.
