Who Makes the Best Fried Turkeys in Central Texas?

Have you ever had the pleasure of eating fried turkey??

When I lived in Chicago, one of the holidays I always would look forward to every year was Thanksgiving. Of course it's because of the good eating, but specifially it's because of the fried bird I would eat every year.

Yes, Fried Turkey!

It's a special procedure to fry a turkey, which requires cooking it outside (if I'm not mistaken) - and there's also a particular way to season it.

I have had jerk flavored fried turkey, cajun flavored fried turkey and turkey with seasonings injected into the bird. There's a million ways to make a fried turkey your own and we want to know.

I know this isn't just a midwest thing.....right?
