Why Are Killeen PD Pulling Over So Many Cars Today?

Texans traveling westbound on US 190/Interstate 14 around 8 AM today noticed a ton of police activity in Killeen. Does anyone know why? Maybe they are just checking to make sure people have seen their awesome lipsynch video (above)?

The Killeen Daily Herald reports that at least 7 police vehicles could be seen pulling over motorists in the area between Stan Schlueter Loop and Trimmier.

In all, KDH reports 3 motorcycles, 2 state troopers, and additional vehicles could be seen pulling drivers over this morning but no one has said what the extra activity was all about. Let us know if you hear anything in the comments below.
