A woman suspect of driving while intoxicated with a child in her vehicle was arraigned Tuesday in Coryell County.

Nicollete Victoria Reece was found to have twice the legal blood-alcohol content when Copperas Cove police stopped her near a park on May 27. The officer who stopped her smelled alcohol on her person and administered a sobriety test which Reece failed. She was detained and taken to a room at the Copperas Cove police station where she failed further tests and feel to the floor, reportedly hitting her hread. Reece was taken to Metroplex Hospital where her blood tested positive for over twice the legal blood-alcohol limit.

A 13-year-old boy was reportedly riding with Reece shortly before she was stopped. She was arraigned Tuesday after being charged with driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age. Her bail was set at $5,000.
