On Wednesday, a Bell County grand jury indicted Victorio Nepomuceno on a charge of aggravated sexual assault and Jose Alberto Rivera-Lugo on a charge of indecency with a child by contact.

The charges are related to an incident at a Nolanville trailer park in 2008.

In April, the victim told his mother that when he was in fifth grade, he was assaulted by the two men who were baby-sitting him.

The boy told a forensic investigator in Tarrant County that Nepomuceno raped him and that Rivera-Lugo placed an object he described as a broom handle in his anus.

Nepomuceno could face life in prison, and Rivera-Lugo could face between two and 20 years if found guilty.
