Temple police have released the identity and a photo of a man suspected of killing two people at an auto parts store Wednesday night.

47-year-old Theodore Dwayne Sims is considered armed and dangerous, and police say he absolutely should not be approached. He is believed to be driving a 2004, 4-door Nissan sedan with spray paint markings, Texas license plate DT1N892

At 11:34 PM Wednesday, Temple police conducting a welfare check at the O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1720 SW H K Dodgen Loop found two men lying dead inside. Police believe Sims is responsible for their deaths, as well as an aggravated assault at the NAPA Auto Parts at 1000 E 6th Avenue in Belton Wednesday evening.
