ABC – Texas Fertilizer Explosion Victims in No Mood to Pay Property Taxes

As I was rooting around for stories, I ran across an interesting article from ABC. It concerns the collection of property taxes from West residents, which is obviously a very sensitive issue after April’s fertilizer plant explosion.
