Associated Press Demands Return Of Phone Records

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Associated Press is demanding that the Justice Department return the company's phone records and destroy all copies, saying the collection of the material amounts to a "massive and unprecedented intrusion." The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The AP but has not said why.
