Baileys Cheesecake is the Perfect Summer Treat

If you're looking to try a decadent treat this weekend, be sure to include some booze with it.

Chocolate and cheesecake are two grand combinations that go great together. Here's your chance to make it a three-way by inviting the Irish to join the fun.

The things you'll need...

For the Crust -  26 oreos & 4 tbsp. unsalted butter melted and a pinch of salt

For the Cheesecake -  4 8-oz. bars cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 4 large eggs, 2/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream, then 1 tsp. vanilla extract.

For the Ganache -  2/3 cup heavy cream and 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips.
