Victor Giustino And His Alleged Crimes Against The Law
According to FOX 7 Austin, Victor Giustino was recently placed under arrest. Taken into custody in Bexar County, police found him for felony invasive visual recording on two counts. However, this isn't the only charge Giustino is facing.

Back in July of 2025, Giustino was arrested by the FBI for purported possessing and attempting to possess child sexual abuse material, as stated by Fox 7. But, this recent arrest deals with what occurred while Giustino was with Belton High School.

What Was Alleged To Have Happened At Belton High School With Giustino Was Teaching?
Originally, as revealed by Fox 7, Giustino taught the following subjects while employed at the school: physics, science, engineering and environmental science. Fox 7 reports that Giustino was in possession of "invasive visual recordings of several female students without their apparent knowledge."
Per police in Belton, with the assistance of staff at the high school, the unnamed victims were identified as students at Belton High School. At the time of writing, all parents of the victims have been alerted to the situation.
Giustino has not been part of the school system since August of 2025, when he was fired by the school board. The latest update from Fox 7 is that Giustino will be taken to the Bell County Jail. As this is developing story, we will have more information when it becomes available.
