Belton, Texas had a rare midday wreck on Interstate 35 this week due to an 18 wheeler colliding with the median barricade, and its massive load of scrap metal spraying all over the highway. You come to expect highway traffic to begin bogging down around 2 or 2:30 each afternoon in pockets, but always have your fingers crossed for staying accident free. Normally you get to experience a relatively stress free usage of the major roadways from about 9 AM until the 2 something window, however, yesterday a semi lost control and spilled a ton of hazardous material all over several lanes in both directions.
