According to Axios Austin, Cafe Malta has a rather strange placement for its restaurant. It's located in none other than a strip mall, which you wouldn't expect for highly rated restaurant.

"A copy of the New York Times was ready for reading on the handsome wooden bar and "Philadelphia Story" played silently on a television overhead while Louis Armstrong trumpeted from the speakers. It all worked."
