Copperas Cove City Wide Spring Clean Up This Saturday

Spring is officially here and its time to clear out all that junk that's been accumulating in your yard or home because it was just too cold to deal with it. The City Of Copperas Cove is ready to help you out this weekend!

According to a press release from the city, the Copperas Cove Solid Waste Department and Keep Copperas Cove Beautiful will host the annual City Wide Spring Clean Up event on Saturday, April 27, 2019, from 8:00 AM to Noon. During this time period, Copperas Cove residents and business owners will be granted two FREE visits per utility account to the Solid Waste Transfer Station, located at 2605 South FM 116, to dispose of household trash and waste. Participants will be required to show proof of residency prior to dumping.

Items that will be accepted are basic household trash and junk, brush and yard waste, appliances, recycling, used cooking oil, etc. Construction debris and household hazardous waste will NOT be accepted during this event.
