I follow a lot of musicians on social media because that can sometimes be where they will first announce tour dates. Sometimes you get the chance to see some live moments from concerts that you'd otherwise not get the opportunity to witness, and you also get a sneak peek into their personal lives that weren't available prior to apps like Instagram and TikTok.

I am a huge Darius Rucker fan. I loved Hootie and the Blowfish when I was a teenager in the 90s, and his transition into country music put him in a genre that I have been listening to since before I can even remember. Darius shares a lot of his life on Instagram, so it's fun to follow along on his life journey and see what he's up to.

Recently, his posts have all been coming from out of England. He let everyone know how much fun he had watching Mama Mia!

Another one of Darius' posts was him joining Brothers Osborne in London covering Dwight Yoakam's "Guitars, Cadillacs"

Many of his fans were worried that the singer was leaving his home in the Carolinas for good, but thankfully, Darius released another statement on social media letting us know that even though he was having the time of his life in the UK his heart will always bring him back to the good 'ole US of A!
