Five Hills Shopping Center in Copperas Cove Will Soon Offer More Options

Copperas Cove residents will soon have some exciting new shopping options!

Back in February, the city issued four commercial remodel permits to contractors for the construction of new stores in the 3000 block of East U.S. Highway 190 near the H-E-B Plus. Permits have been filed by new tenants for space in the Five Hills shopping center, including business such as AT&T, Eye City and Sports Clips a new salon.

In addition, the area is also likely to see the opening of both a Panda Express and Chick-Fil-A in the near future.

Developers hope that the area will attract more businesses as consumer demand grows. The addition of an H-E-B Plus to the shopping center in February has proven to be a big draw for other businesses according to Daniel Campbell, a spokesman for Endeavor Real Estate - the developers of Five Hills.
