According to KHOU 11, Residents at Glen Cove began to report the issues regarding drainage this past Friday. On Monday, the plumber called out to check on the issue, while opening a pipe, found the fetus. Following the discovery, police came to begin their investigation.

An unknown individual, who lived in the same building where the fetus was located, was reported to have been taken away in an ambulance. It is unknown at this time if this is related to the case at hand.

People who lived in the complex expressed both sadness and disbelief at the discovery of the fetus.

Police, at the time of writing, believe that a miscarriage is potentially related to the case.
