The disastrous flooding sweeping through southeast Texas and the Louisiana border is not something to laugh about. But leave it to the Texas spirit to make light of things despite their circumstances.
There are countless videos and photos of flooding by the Louisiana/Texas border, which caused the closure of I-10 for much of this week and into the weekend.
