Renowned landmark Nutty Brown Cafe and Amphitheater, just off Hwy 290 in Austin will officially be moving to Round Rock, just north of the metroplex. Rumors have been circulating for quite some time on whether the venue would would withstand the test of time, especially after the property was purchased by H-E-B earlier this year.

The outdoor stages and small indoor stage have played host to numerous bands of all sizes, and has been a trademark live music venue in Austin, especially in the summer and fall months.

Well folks, those rumors have finally been put to rest as the venue will stay at its current location in Southwest Austin throughout 2015 and 2016, and then start it's move to Round Rock in 2017.
