Just last week, Daniel Richard Simpson, a 38-year-old man out of Malakoff was sentenced to 45 years in prison after making some huge mistakes on one August day in Athens, Texas.

After being criminally trespassed from the property, officers found that Simpson had a warrant out for his arrest for a parole violation. That is when Simpson fled the scene.
