The Texas Department of Public Safety has a list of the top 10 most wanted sex offenders at dps.texas.gov. It is so important that we get these criminals off the street as soon as possible, especially to keep our loved ones from being sexually assaulted. Whether the victim is a child or not, it’s still very disgusting and very wrong and we need to seek justice for them.

When I think about sex offenders, I usually imagine big, scary guys, but this case proves that even someone with a baby face can be a monster.
