
Killeen Man Faces Felony Charges After Aggravated Robbery Shooting
According to KCENT, yesterday morning, there was an investigation underway in the city of Killeen regarding an aggravated robbery and shooting that, unfortunately, left a man injured.

Killeen Police News: Suspect Apprehended in Connection to Recent Gun Violence
It was reported that officers arrived at the scene around 4 a.m. due to a possible fight involving a firearm at a convenience store on the north end of the city on N. Roy Reynolds Drive, according to the Killeen Police Department.
When authorities arrived at the location, they observed two adult men on the ground involved in a physical altercation. One of the men had visible gunshot wounds.

Officers immediately came to the aid of the injured man while the second individual was secured. The victim, who has not yet been identified, was rushed to a local hospital with injuries that were reported as non-life-threatening.
How Did This Crime Take Place?
Police stated that the suspect was arrested at the scene and booked into the Killeen City Jail. Investigators say the details show that the suspect attempted to confront the victim at gunpoint while demanding money. During the confrontation, a physical altercation occurred, and the firearm was discharged multiple times.
At this time, police say the investigation is still ongoing, and additional charges could be filed.
