Is There Any Reason Given For The Closing Of Sam's?

The closing was announced on Instagram:

As stated in the post:

"We are heartbroken to share that we’ll be closed until further notice. 💔

Please know we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to reopen and continue serving the community that means so much to us."

In the comments, a lot of customers were worried that the business was closed for good, but the business also said in the comments that the closure was not forever, rather problems with the building led to the sudden closure.

What the problem was with the building hasn't been revealed, but if it reported, we will have it here.
