A man in Texas is currently being sought for his actions towards an unidentified 7 year old. Here's what is known at the time of writing.

What Were The Actions Taken By Carlos Jose Ayala Morales?

As reported by ABC13 Houston, Carlos Jose Ayala Morales has police searching for his whereabouts. The incident in question took place on January 27th, 2025. Via video obtained by police, Morales is seen groping a female child, aged 7.

The child, unidentified at the time of writing, had left Travis Elementary and was on the way home when Morales committed the act. Even more shocking, as revealed by ABC13 Houston, this isn't the first time Morales has done something like this.

How Long Has Morales Had Issues With The Law?

ABC13 Houston reported that 11 months earlier, Morales was allowed to prison after serving his sentence for a crime that was much like the one the recent one he did. In addition, through the years 2014-2017, there were ten situations of child groping cases he was connected to, four counts of indecency with a child charges brought against him.

This recent situation hasn't made parents in the are happy either. In a quote from Jessica Donahue, a parent in The Heights:

"I think that we are devastated that he ever was released, honestly."

Another parent, Holly Roemisch, revealed her astonishment at the fact Morales isn't on the Texas Sex Offender Registry, despite his past crimes:

"The fact that he's been previously convicted and sent to prison, but yet was still not on the registry, is just unfathomable to me."
