Texas Ranked As Fifth State In Nation Not Excited For Valentine’s Day
The day of love is about to happen here in Texas. Many couples in the state are preparing to celebrate accordingly. Well, at least that's what we think right?
Why Would Texas Not Be Happy About Valentine's Day?
What's not to love about Valentine's Day? There's hearts everywhere, some people seem nicer on the day in question. There's a lot to like of course.
However the main problem is those who are single on the big day. Seeing all the happy couples on that day may make somebody a little irritable to say the least. But how is this known?

What Tells Us That Texas Isn't Ready For The Big Day?
Per data from Vegas Insider and reported by CW33, the Lone Star State online search history indicates less than normal excitement for Valentine's. So overall, there were 2.1 million negative searches near the day of love. That is an estimated 745.45 searches per 100,000 Texans.
So now that we have the data, where did Texas land in the rankings of all 50 states? Even though Texas is pretty big, it couldn't be that high right? Well...turns out Texas might need a little bit more love in its life.
Placed in the top ten, Texas landed as the fifth state in the nation not feeling the love on Valentine's Day. But at least the Lone Star State isn't number one right? That honor goes to Georgia.
It looks like Texas does need to feel a little bit more love though!
