Where was the missing Texas kangaroo last spotted?
Rowdy was spotted near the rear of a truck stop located off Interstate 10 and Pyka Road a little after 4 AM on Wednesday, December 18th. If you think it is odd to have a roo hunt for such an exotic animal, kangaroos are just one of many type of animals that are permitted for domestic habitation.
