Japanese Horse Racing Is Serious Business [VIDEO]

It's happened to us all: We hop on YouTube to kill a little time, then end up clicking a suggested video that looks interesting, telling ourselves we'll just watch one more and call it a day. But then another video catches your eye, and another, and yet more until you end up in that weird part of YouTube again.

That's how I've spent my Sunday morning, and I don't regret a second of it because I found this gem featuring footage from a Japanese horse racing simulator called Japan World Cup 3. Given that it's illegal for anything to be even remotely normal in Japan, this racing game takes the sport to a surreal and oddly hilarious place we'd all like to visit while sober some day.
