Crockett Slams Trump’s Golf Spending, Reignites Political Feuds

Once again, Texas' favorite congressional representative has used her platform to take aim at her republican counterparts. This time she used part of her time during a subcommittee meeting to take President Trump to task for, what she believes to be, an excessive waste of taxpayer money for his personal golf outings.

💰 $26 Million and Counting: Crockett's Accusations Against Trump

On Tuesday, April 8th, the U.S. representative for Texas' 30th congressional district, Jasmine Crockett, was criticizing the acts of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) when she pointed that, "as of March 30th, Trumps golfing has cost us approximately $26 million." Crockett also stated that, "he was going to golf as the markets were tanking" and "instead of receiving four heroes who died serving this country."

🗣️ "Child" and Confrontation: Crockett's Heated Exchanges

Representative Jasmine Crocket has been in the headlines a few times already this year for things that she has said both in and out of the subcommittee hearings. In January she, was involved in a verbal altercation with South Carolina Republican Nancy Mace who asked Crockett, "Do you want to take this outside?" after Crockett referred to her as "Child".

♿ "Hot Wheels" Controversy: Crockett's Abbott Remarks

In March, Miss Crockett was lambasted by republicans for referring to Governer Abbott as "Hot Wheels". She claimed that her remarks were not in regard to Abbott's use of a wheelchair.

💥 Crockett's Impact: Stirring Reactions Across the Aisle

Regardless of which side of the political aisle you are on it is pretty much guaranteed that Representative Crockett is going to say something that you're going to want to hear. It may make you stand up and cheer for more, or it may make you angry enough to write your representatives and ask for her to be censured. Either way, lets just hope she sticks to fighin' words and not dance battles.
