Killeen Senior Transported to Local Hospital after Being Found under Bridge

Killeen police have located an elderly man who went missing early Friday morning.

Police say Herman Ray Parrish, 75, was spotted lying under a bridge off of Veterans Memorial Boulevard just west of Killeen around 7:30 PM Monday.

Parrish was transported to Metroplex Hospital and admitted for observation. He was in stable condition Tuesday.

Parrish was reported missing Friday morning after his wife said he'd wandered away from home. He was also reported missing on August 21. He was found later that day in a Fort Hood housing area. Authorities did not say how he was found or why he wandered from home.
