Market Day Returns to Downtown Belton: Shopping, Music, Food

Here's an event we have reminded you about before and the event just keeps getting better. Belton is one of America's Mayberry-type towns, and when the merchants of the town get together for Market Day, it's a whole lotta Saturday fun.

Store owners and other local vendors set up tables outside for buying, selling and trading in downtown Belton. Come see all the good stuff and best of all, the Farmer's Market in historic downtown on Central Ave. Plus, enjoy food and entertainment. They do it up big every third Saturday of each month.

Market Days are put on by the Downtown Belton Merchants Association. Since 2008, the business leaders in Belton have maintained the association as Belton deals with tremendous growth and increased business opportunities. Belton also doesn't want to lose that charm which defines the county seat of Bell County.
