Miley Cyrus’ Mom and Dad are getting a DIVORCE

This time it seems like it's for real.  Nearly three years after  Billy Ray Cyrus  filed divorce papers  then changed his mind, his wife Tish has decided to end their marriage.

Tish is requesting primary physical and legal custody of their 13 year old daughter, Noah, she is also seeking spousal support and wants Billy Ray  to cover her attorney's fees. The couple has been married 19-years.

They have five children including 20 year old Miley.

The couple sent separate statements to PEOPLE Magazine.

Tish writes, “This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time,"

In his statement Billy Ray says the same thing, "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

At least they agree on the statements.
