I was at the doctor's office the other day and there was a child on the loose.

ABC 13 is reporting that a mother boarded a flight recently that went from South Korea to San Francisco. She then passed out goody bags to all the passengers. The bags included a note saying it was the 4 months old first flight. Because of this the bag also had earplugs and candy.
