If you're a frequent sasquatcher, then a trip to Oklahoma may be in order. Well, actually, if you're a sasquatch hunter then a trip to Oklahoma is in order; I don't think sasquatchers want to actually kill bigfoot.

An Oklahoma lawmaker has introduced a bill that would create a "bigfoot hunting season". Rep. Justin Humphrey wants the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission to "set annual season dates and create any necessary specific hunting licenses and fees."

Humphrey also believes that the bill will "draw more people to our already beautiful part of the state". Rep. Justin Humphrey’s district includes the heavily forested Ouachita Mountains in southeast Oklahoma, where a Bigfoot festival is held each year near the Arkansas border.

So, basically, it's a tourist attraction. If you're like me, you probably believed that bigfoot was primarily roamed the pacific northwest, how silly were we to believe bigfoot only dominated one part of the world? He or she could be anywhere!

Unfortunately for Humphrey, Micah Holmes, a spokesman for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, which oversees hunting in Oklahoma, says that that the agency uses science-driven research and doesn’t recognize Bigfoot (BURN!).

Look, I'm not a Bigfoot believer. I don't spend my time on Sasquatch message boards or spend weekends in the woods searching for it. However, if you do find yourself sasquatching, remember to wear a mask. While bigfoot "experts" are not sure of how big the Bigfoot population actually is, they do say that it's possible that if they contract COVID-19, it could decimate their population. So, a sasquatch researcher named Thomas Sewid wants to get the word out to fellow investigators: wear a mask! Also, don't try to get close interaction if/when you encounter a Bigfoot; at least until this pandemic is over.

Finally, if you missed it on the Morning Show, this is the standup audio we always play when we have a bigfoot story.
