It seems the best ice cream parlor in the great state of Texas is Milwaukee Joe's Gourmet Ice Cream in the Dallas metroplex. Dallas has loved them for 20 years. Well good for Dallas, the Oklahoma of Texas. Personally, never heard of them.
Blue Bell came in second. Tell me. With a listeria scare, and being removed from stores, would Milwaukee Joe's still be a top five place? I'm guessing no.
