Clements Boys & Girls Club Empowers Central Texas Youth

Operating as a vital anchor for youth and families across Bell County, the Clements Boys & Girls Club, a prominent branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, continues its long-standing mission to help young people reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

Core Pillars and Comprehensive Youth Programming

The non-profit organization structures its daily offerings around three foundational pillars designed to foster well-rounded personal growth:

Academic Success: The club offers dedicated homework assistance, tutoring, and educational enrichment programs that encourage continuous learning outside the school environment.

Good Character & Leadership: Mentorship initiatives instill civic responsibility, ethics, and leadership skills.

Healthy Lifestyles: Daily activities emphasize physical fitness, sportsmanship, and personal wellness.

Accessible Infrastructure and Community Reach

To accommodate working families and varied school schedules, the Clements Boys & Girls Club operates across key local facilities, including the McLaurin-Boyd Family Clubhouse Unit and the Woody Hall Unit on Trimmier Road. Operating during after-school hours, non-school days, and full-day summer camps, the organization provides vital supervision when school is out of session.

Community Involvement and Volunteer Networks

The organization's daily operations rely heavily on adult volunteers, mentors, and community supporters. Local volunteers assist with academic tutoring, athletic coaching, and specialized workshops in fine arts, music, and computer technology. By pairing youth with caring adult professionals, the Clements Boys & Girls Club reinforces positive role modeling and supportive community relationships across Central Texas.
