A Rogers man who killed a young woman in a Sunday traffic collision has been charged with intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle.
Investigators say 24-year-old Michael Alexander Soto was drunk and possibly intoxicated by another substance when his vehicle crossed lanes and struck that of 20-year-old Brianne Nicole Pratt of Salado at 1900 FM 1670 in Belton Sunday around 6:13 p.m.

Pratt later passed away at Scott and White Memorial Hospital. The passengers of another vehicle involved in the collision were treated for minor injuries and released.
Soto was charged Monday with driving with an invalid license with previous convictions or suspensions for the same offense. He also faces family violence charges in Rogers.

According to jail records, Soto’s bail has been set at $255,000.
