With the popularity of horror movies only rising (judging by the success of last week's The Conjuring), I was wondering what the scariest movies of all time were and if some of the past horror classics still hold up.

It looks pretty scary. But how does it stack up to past classics?

Film.com put together a list of the Top 50 Horror Movies. The Top 5, in this order, are:

"The Thing"
"The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"
"Night of the Living Dead"
"The Exorcist".
