Roni Mac Bar's History And Its Growth Across The Nation

The first location for Roni's was the previously mentioned Union Hall location. Since that faithful opening, other Texas locations have opened, and the company has even moved out the Lone Star State as well. So, business is good for Roni's.

With this growth continuing, Roni's is looking for new locations for eateries. Many, in both in-state and out of state, are hoping to get a Roni's in their area. But, sometimes, you go back to the area where everything started.

A second Roni's Mac Bar Is open in Waco, and it has something that the Union Hall Roni's doesn't have.

The Second Roni's Location In Waco Comes With Something Special

Located at 2424 Creekview Drive, the second Roni's made its debut in January 2026. Frank Senese, The CEO of Roni's said about the second location in Waco to Baylor Lariat:

“We wanted one, and also we wanted to be guinea pigs for what a second location in the same city can do for our franchisees."

But what's different you ask? Well this Roni's has a drive thru in it! So, if you're hungry but don't want to get out of your car, well, you're in luck!
