It is not a secret that there have been ongoing conflicts within the municipal departments.

Thanks to the "Protect The Protectors" program created by State Farm and home security company Canary, Copperas Cove first responders will be receiving free home security cameras.

The Copperas Cove Fire Department will be out and about all through the month of May in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Make sure to wish a police officer or firefighter a Happy Holiday this week.
