Though the weather warmed up today, we are still expecting a cold night, with temperatures in the 30's.  That's why the Killeen Community Center at 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd. will be open as a warming shelter tonight (Feb 12) from 6 p.m. until 8 a.m. Thursday.

Temple’s Emergency Warming Centers are now open to provide a temporary warming space for homeless or distressed persons in the city overnight. If you can, take a Homeless Person to one of the shelters.
