JB and the Moonshine Band

I'm not a love expert, but I'm also not a dummy. So, trust me when I say there isn't one person on this planet who wouldn't like this. Get signed up to have JB and the Moonshine Band to sing and record an exclusive cover of you and your lover's song.

Seems like most everyone is bashing country music these days, and there's reason to. I heard  some legitimate reasons Why Country Music was Awful in 2013. And while calling people out for singing crappy songs serves a purpose, and may even serve to correct the ship -- you gotta admit, it's hard to argue how bad a song is, when people download it like crack.

Last Friday, Dec. 13th, JB and the guys stopped by our studio to perform on the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Front Porch. All-in-all they ended up hanging out and singing for a full hour -- much to the pleasure of the 50 plus in attendance.

Last month JB and the Moonshine Band stopped by Radio Texas, LIVE! for the world debut of their new single "Black and White" featuring Angaleena Presley of the Pistol Annies. Tomorrow JB, the guys, and Angaleena head to Fort Worth to play the World's Largest Honky Tonk -- Billy Bob's Texas.

A big congratulations to my good friends JB and Regina Patterson, who welcomed their second child, a beautiful baby girl named Buddy Logan Stella Reign Patterson into the world this week. Stella arrived at 12:44 am Wednesday, she is 7lbs 14 oz, 19 inches long.

The guys in JB and the Moonshine Band and I go back, like way (in Berman voice) back, back, back,back,back. So I was a little surprised when on my show JB, a father of one and soon to be father of two opened up the naming of his unborn daughter to fans. He is obviously stupid more trusting of you than I am. I wouldn't let you name my gold fish (no offense).

Rolling Stone has announced their pick of the five best country albums of 2012, and the list leans traditional. New projects by Kellie Pickler, Jamey Johnson and Texas country band JB and the Moonshine Band made the cut, which was revealed on the magazine's website on Friday (Dec. 7).
