The City of Killeen wants you to be aware again, with New Years Eve approaching, that fireworks are illegal inside city limits and you will pay the price if you're caught with them. According to a press release from the city, It is illegal to possess, store, sell, use or explode any fireworks, including sparklers, within the Killeen city limits...

We hate to be party poopers, but the City of Temple wants us to remind everyone that it's illegal to possess and discharge fireworks within city limits.
