A fourth person has died after sustaining injuries caused by an alleged drunk driver who plowed through a crowd at the SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas on March 13. 18-year-old DeAndre Tatum passed away today (Mar. 27) after being hospitalized in critical condition since the accident.
