West Residents Go Home
Fourteen bodies have been recovered after the explosion at the fertilizer plant in West, Texas last week.  Friday the 83 year old owner of the plant, Donald Adair issued a statement expressing  sympathy and vowing to help determine what caused the fire and explosion.

A Facebook page set up to in support of the West Volunteer Fire Department death is honoring the memory of Buck Uptmor of Abbott, TX, a member of the West VFD.A second firefighter with West VFD Morris Bridges, has been identified as one of the deceased.
